SpaceX S1

The SpaceX S1 is out and the largest IPO in history is officially on. I haven’t had a chance to read through it much and likely won’t until this weekend, but I’ve been reading some tidbits on Twitter and they are fascinating.

My favorite bit so far was Elon’s pay package which includes significantly more stock if he gets 1 million people to a Mars colony.

Anthropic is also $1.25B per month to SpaceX for compute. I wonder how many millions of dollars have been burnt in compute cost to analyze SpaceX’s S1.

The content from this is going to be fascinating. I’m interested in what the S1 says about the SPVs and the lock-up expiration in particular, but there’s going to be nuggets of gold staggered throughout this S1.
