Halloween and exciting times ahead
Halloween with Colin was a blast. I loved taking him around Brooklyn trick or treating. He was having a blast exploring the world and getting candy for the first time. It’s not easy, but parenthood absolutely rocks and I’m probably the happiest that I’ve ever been in my life right now.
It’s my second weekend in a row of being home and just focused on recovery and being a Dad. I feel rested, optimistic, and happy. I’m excited to keep the good vibes going into Colin’s birthday weekend this week with my in-laws in town.
It’s an exciting time of the year. I always love the holidays in general, and it’s even more special with Colin being able to somewhat understand what’s happening. We go from Colin’s birthday, to Thanksgiving, to Christmas sprinkled with lots of work in-between.
On the work front, it’s always a hectic time of the year for us but we’re sitting in an incredible position to close out the year strong. It’s easy to be optimistic right now with the way everything is going, but I need to stay focused and not get sidetracked.
